PSG – Dortmund: Paris Saint-Germain’s dreams of Champions League glory were shattered on Tuesday night as Borussia Dortmund secured a narrow 1-0 victory (2-0 on aggregate) to progress to the final at Wembley Stadium.

Adeyemi Threatens, Hummels Heads Home
